1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and use of the web application Leakly (hereinafter "Service"). By using the Service or registering a user account, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Leakly provides security services to check email addresses and domains for occurrences in publicly known data breaches.

• Free Check: Enables free checks within defined daily limits with reduced detail views for non-account addresses.
• Premium & B2B Domain Scans: Provides unrestricted detail views, continuous background monitoring for multiple emails, and extended domain security analyses.

3. Permitted Use & Prohibition of Misuse

The Service may only be used for lawful purposes to check your own property or explicitly authorized emails/domains. The following is strictly prohibited:

• Automated scraping or targeted attacks on the infrastructure.
• Using API interfaces without a valid API key or outside agreed rate limits.
• Misusing obtained security data for unlawful purposes (e.g. hacking, extortion, doxxing).

4. Prices, Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans (Pro / Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually in advance via our payment processor Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the customer account before the end of the billing period.

5. Warranty & Liability

We strive for high availability and up-to-date databases. However, we do not guarantee the absolute completeness of all data breaches existing worldwide. Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded unless they concern essential contractual obligations or damages from injury to life, body, or health.
